STORE POLICIES

Payment Policy:
For faster shipping, PayPal is preferred. Your order will be processed in a timely manner. Please allow 10-days for personal checks to clear, and cashiers checks and money orders to be verified, prior to shipping. If a "Limited Edition" item is out of production, we will refund your payment in full.

Shipping Policy:
UPS is our preferred shipper. Please allow 3-5 days handling time after payment has cleared. For in stock items, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Please allow up tp 21 days delivery of backrdered items. Damage by freight carrier should be settled with the carrier.

Returns Policy:
Exchanges on manufacture defectes will be issued upon return of damaged or broken item(s). Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Without an RA#, a return will be refused and sent back to you at your expense. Shipping and handeing will not be refuned. To obtain an RA#, please contact customerservice@jjsdistributors.com.

Due to the nature of this business, some items may become backordered. If this is the case we will honor the price, and will ship as soon as possible when the item becomes available. Please email us to check availability on an item at customerservice@jjsdistributors.com.
